For extra peace of mind, inspections are implemented at both move-in and move-out that documents the condition of your home before and after each move-in/move-out.
An aggressive marketing plan ensures your home is advertised on all the leading online publications including Rentals.com, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Hotpads, My New Place, social media and many more of the leading rental advertising sites. High exposure of your investment and quick response time to leads is the key to finding a quality tenant quickly.
A full background check is done at the national level along with employment/income verification and a previous landlord check. We are always in constant communication with our property owners throughout this entire process.
Owners will have access to all of their monthly statements and any work orders via the Owner Portal. Accounts for both owners and tenants will be used to expedite maintenance requests, submit online payments, enter notes and provide a record for all property related items.
