Normal fees for Minneapolis to convert an owner occupied home to a Rental is $1000. Twin Cities Home Rental is credentialed with the City therefore you will receive a $250 discount off that fee if you decide to utilize us as your Property Manager.
When will I receive my monthly statement and rental proceeds?
On a typical month, you will receive your monthly statement via email by the 10th of each month. The rental proceeds will typically by deposited into your bank account electronically by the 15th of each month.
