Owners will have access to all their monthly statements and any work orders via the Owner Portal. Accounts for both owners and tenants will be used to expedite maintenance requests, submit online payments, enter notes and provide a record for all property-related items.



For extra peace of mind, we offer optional video inspections along with our ‘move-in, move-out checklist’ that will document the condition of your entire home on video before and after each ‘move-in’ and ‘move-out.’ After every ‘move-in’ and ‘move-out’ that we perform, you will get to see the condition of your investment property from the comfort of your own home with your own personal link via YouTube.

We are extremely aggressive with our marketing plan by getting your home advertised on all the leading online publications including, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Hotpads, My New Place, all the social media sites and many more of the leading Rental Advertiser Sites. We do a full background check on potential renters at the national level along with employment/income verification and a previous landlord checks.
