TCHR prides itself in staffing our office to meet the needs of our customers. We specialize in renting, leasing, selling, buying, and property management of single and multi-unit properties.

Founder and CEO

With his outstanding dedication and commitment, Nick Hubers delivers service in many ways. As a native to Minnesota and an Iraq War Veteran, he served our country as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps serving from 2000-2004. Upon Nick’s honorable discharge, he returned to the Twin Cities area to help his family with their farm operation. Nick started his real estate career in 2005 and became a real estate broker in the beginning of 2007. He has been managing rentals since 2005 and was the broker for another local management company while gaining valuable insight in the rental business. Wanting to develop more features and tools to improve client service, he elected to form his own company and opened Twin Cities Home Rental. He is an active property owner and versed in many parts of landlord law. Nick is dedicated to customer service and knows the value of a quick response to any issue that may arise.

Sarah has a B.S. in Business Management from Southwest Minnesota State University and a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University. She has over 20 years of business and accounting experience in the private sector, government, and nonprofit. Sarah’s experience spans multiple industries including 10 years with Cutting Edge Construction in Naperville, IL, 3 years with Exhibits Development in St. Paul, 3 years with Holden Farms in Northfield and 4 years as a sole proprietor. Sarah and her husband Roger live just south of the Twin Cities on a small horse ranch. They have four children; Jessica, a dental assistant, Catrina, a senior in Criminal Justice and ROTC at NDSU, Garrett, in the Law Enforcement Program at Alexandria Tech, and Ella, in 7th grade. When Sarah is not at work, she can be found at one of her children’s activities like 4H, swim team, or a powerlifting competition. She also enjoys working with her horses and teaching Sunday school.

Cosette brings a dynamic and passionate personality to the Twin Cities Home Rental Team. Her solid proficient real estate background, successful leasing career and superb customer service skills allow her to be a strong leader for our leasing and marketing operations. Cosette has a vast background, which includes obtaining her realtor license in 2001, becoming a broker in 2004, GRI and New Construction Specialist and successful leasing consultant for luxury apartments, homes and large townhome communities all steeped heavily in sales and customer service.

Cosette, has worked in property management and enjoys the challenges and ability to overcome everyday obstacles this business can offer. Some of the creative and fun opportunities with this job are building and developing loyal business, cultivating relationships and working in all aspects of a transaction from start to finish. Cosette is very energetic, optimistic and ultimately driven to help people find a great place to call home and help property owners meet their personal goals.

Originally from Santa Barbara, California, she has now officially spent half of her life in Minnesota and now considers Minneapolis/St. Paul her home. She has a true appreciation for a strong work ethic; strong family ties, which in turn help her enjoy life to the fullest.

Philip started experiencing a taste of what real estate is all about as a young man while accompanying his father, who was a Real Estate Agent and Insurance Broker, on various projects. In 2005 Phil switched careers, moving from a Loan Officer at Wells Fargo to the Real Estate service world. He started out as an Assistance Property Manager for a small property management company. He then became a Real Estate Agent focused on helping investors buying and leasing rental properties. In 2007 Phil launched his own leasing company which grew into a property management company. In 2015 he joined Twin Cities Home Rental where he works as a Leasing Agent and Broker. With his knowledge and 30 years of experience in the field he is able to help in all areas. Away from work Phil loves to enjoy his time being active with his family, golfing, tennis, snowboarding and watching the Vikings.

Katie is often the first person you will talk to when handling anything. She is great at meeting your needs and communicating to the right people to get the job done. She manages office operations providing support throughout all phases of operations from assisting with maintenance services to every day administrative tasks. Katie has earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Minnesota School of Business of St. Cloud, MN. She is also a portrait, commercial and outdoor photography enthusiast, having graduated with a degree in Professional Photography from Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. On the weekends when she is not taking photos, hiking or spending time with her nieces and nephews she is a training soldier with the Army National Guard and has been since 2014.

Ben, a native Minnesotan and resident of St. Anthony Village, was raised in Apple Valley and St. Paul. He is well versed in the Twin Cities and it’s surrounding suburbs. With over 25 years of experience, Ben has an extensive real estate, property management, and construction background. He possesses strong customer service skills and has many years of experience supervising others. As the Maintenance and Construction Project Manager, Ben leads the team towards success and manages projects to until completion. He enjoys spending time with his family doing outdoor activities and home projects.

Jeanne is a native to Minnesota. She grew up in St. Paul and surrounding areas. She and her husband Keith moved to the St. Croix River Valley in 1998 and currently live in Lakeland, MN. They love living near the scenic waterway and having that small town feel, yet it’s only a 15-30 minute drive to either Twin Cities downtown.

Jeanne has been a licensed realtor in Minnesota and Wisconsin since March, 2010. Jeanne has spent her realtor career working with Keller Williams in Hudson, Wisconsin. Her husband Keith has been a real estate investor for 30 years and currently owns rental properties in Minneapolis, Bloomington and St. Paul. Jeanne has two grown children who live in White Bear Lake and Andover, along with one granddaughter, age 13. Jeanne and Keith love to travel and love the outdoors. They’re members of a travel club and a local downhill ski club in the Twin Cities. Jeanne served as President on the board of their ski club for three years and has been very active in the club since joining in 2003. She enjoys working with people and being able to help them achieve their dream of owning or renting a home. We’re excited to have her on our team.
